Typ RAFLEX – PARALLEL CONVOLUTION FOR GAS

Raflex stainless steel corrugated hoses for gas are tested with DVGW-approved connection fittings in compliance with DIN 3384 and approved as complete corrugated hose lines DIN-DVGW. The corrugated hose lines are used for tension-free connection of gas devices and fittings and for compensation for inaccuracies in the assembly of components. They are approved for all gas types in compliance with DVGW work sheet G 260.

Temperature resistance

In welded design: 400 °C
In soldered design: 200 °C

Connection types

Flanges and loose flanges with collar or weld neck, screw connections, threaded nipples or threaded sleeves, welded-on ends and pipe sockets made of stainless steel, steel, malleable iron and Cu-Zn alloy.

Connection types

WIG – welded or hard soldered.

Raflex stainless steel corrugated hose lines for gas in compliance with DIN 3384 are identified on the connection as follows:   
Manufacturer code, types, order number, DIN-DVGW-REG.-No., DIN 3384, nominal width (DN), operating over-pressure (PN), date.

Installation regulation

Raflex stainless steel corrugated hose lines for gas in compliance with DIN 3384 are ready-to-install elements that can be fitted correctly using conventional installation tools. The hose lines must be installed free of torsion.
