9.4 COMPENSATION OF PARALLEL PIPE DISPLACEMENT
An S-shaped installation by bending the metal hose once is possible in static load cases.
Steps should be taken to ensure that the bending angle is never greater than 45 °C. Where possible, the bending radius should be reduced by using a larger hose length. However, in contrast to point 9.3, no lateral movements over the middle axis are allowed due to the smaller construction length and larger lateral displacement (excessive compression)!

The bending angle may not exceed max. 45° on braided hoses (for non-braided hoses up to max. 60°).
In the case of bending angles greater than 45°, the installation length and nominal length are calculated using the following formulas:
